do Test Complete allow to test application which are develop using PowerShell and xmal

Hi,

My company has these two application used internally develop in PowerShell and xaml. and app hasn't packaged on msi or exe file. it is simple .ps1 to start-up the application from the desktop. 

Company wants to test the applications via automation, is that something testcomplete have ability to do, automate test cases where application extension is .ps1?
