Discrepancy in Windows Explorer TC Directory vs. TC Project Explorer

My organization uses Git for our TestComplete Source Control.  We've been instructed to use TortoiseGit via our Windows Explorer for Pulling the Master Repo down from Git, Creating Local Branches for Development Work, Making Commits, Pushing changes back to the Remote Repository, and Merging branch changes into the Master Branch.

I have an issue wherein I cloned the Remote Repository and Created a Local Branch to work in.  I did a Commit, a Push, and a Merge, yet when I open my Project Suite in TestComplete, it is not showing all of the Projects that are in my Project Suite.  However, if I go to the TestComplete Directory in Windows Explorer, the Projects and their Directories are there.

Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, how did you resolve it?
