Detecting Overlapping window from another process

The app I'm developing autoamted test for displays a "controlled" dialog everytime an internal exception occurs.

This dialog is not displayed by the app process but by "csrss.exe" process.

The problem is that TestComplete doesn't detect this as an Overlapping Window even though it's displatyed clearly on top of the app's window.



Any suggestions?
