Crossbrowsertesting

We are running the CBT tests from TestComplete . When I turned on the Local Connection I got the following error as shown in the screenshot   Please update    Thanks Nishchal

some other application . ? how can we check ? is there any command to check ?

Not that I know of... you just need to make sure it's not currently in use by something.
