Colin_McCrae answered 1 and 3... but your second question as I understand is that you want to call a function out of a unit called "Basic" from some other unit.

 

Since you are using VBScript, what you need to do is make sure you include the "Basic" unit in any unit that you wish to call those functions by adding 

'USEUNIT Basic

at the top of the unit.
