crash on startup using windows 10

Question

Since I changed to Windows 10, TC 11.30 frequently crashes on Startup (aqReporter.dll).

This occurs when a log window is to be shown.

After opening TC from another Computer, the log window is closed and TC will start again.

Perhaps the Crash depends on the Content of the log window..?
