Contacting someone

Wow the Smartbear website makes it so hard to actually contact someone. Can someone from Sales please contact me in regards to purchasing new licenses.



Also can someone tell me if TestComplete supports multi-users and what we need to do to support this? We want to put the Test Complete files in the cloud (I guess) to allow users from different offices to work on the same test cases. Is this the right way to do this? What files are these and how should we back up our Test Complete files?
