    Hi  Allen,

Thanx for your support. We were able to move One step forward

For load testing we are using HTTPs urls.In this

    1. We login with one url. This url redirects the request to another url (remote server - APPSHIELD) for authentication.

2..From here the login details are passed to another server, where the validation occurs. After validating it redirects to the login page based on the validation.

While recording the task using Test Complete 5 we are unable to record it and after stopping the recording, we found an error showing "No HTTP request generated".

Here, what are the settings to be set in Browser and Test Complete so that I could record it properly.

Please find the URL Flow diagram, which helps you to understand how the process occurs.

    Thanks & Regards,

  • Hi Phani,

Try recording actions with a public web page and check whether the behavior persists. Also, we've released LoadComplete, a special tool for load testing. You can find more information on the tool on the following page:

    http://smartbear.com/products/qa-tools/load-testing/

Try downloading a LoadComplete trial and check whether you can record the traffic sent to your website with this tool. This will help us narrow down the problem and understand whether it's caused by some peculiarities of your web site or by problems with the old version of TestComplete.
