Try recording actions with a public web page and check whether the behavior persists. Also, we've released LoadComplete, a special tool for load testing. You can find more information on the tool on the following page:

This will help us narrow down the problem and understand whether it's caused by some peculiarities of your web site or by problems with the old version of TestComplete.
