Components Panel not showing in Form Editor

How do I get the Components Panel to show up in the Form Editor?

I created a form name (within User Forms, within Advanced ).  I right click on the form name to bring up a menu that includes "Edit".  I click on 'Edit' and the Form Editor comes up - but without the Components Panel.

    Hi Dave,

Restore the docking by clicking the View | Desktop | Restore Default Docking menu item.

The View | Desktop | Restore Default Docking process did not work.   The Restore Default Docking process has been useful for me in the past but it did not fix this situation.

    Hi Dave,

Please right-click somewhere in the form editor and select Show Components Palette from the context menu. What is the result?

The result when the context menu comes up is:  Two of the menu choices, "Export to file" and "Import from file" are active choices and the other 15-or-so choices, including "Show Component Palette" are inactive ( greyed out ).

    Hi Dave,

It means that the panel should be active and available for you. Make sure that it's not pinned somewhere.

Can you post here a picture of your screen when the Form editor is opened in TestComplete?

    Hi Dave,

Have you updated to TestComplete 9.31? I think that the reinstallation of TestComplete will help in this situation.
