I just tested it on another computer with TC version 15.55.53.7 x64 and Chrome 114.0.5735.119 (64-bit) but couldn't reproduce the issue. Works as expected. I suggest opening a ticket in this case.
Yes opened a ticket nearly 2 weeks ago and have had zero response. Not sure if smartbear even have a support team anymore
