Hello Victor,
I suggest that you adjust security settings in the Internet Options dialog of Internet Explorer (Tools | Internet Options) in the following way:
- In the Security tab, select the zone that you are working in and click the Custom level... button.
- In the Security Settings dialog, enable options that are related to ActiveX controls and plug-ins and click OK.
- In the Advanced tab, disable Check for publisher's certificate revocation and Check for server certificate revocation in the Security group.
