Can't open Help Index page, and then TC 11.20 terminates !

start TC 11.20.1491.7 (latest version)   open Help - > Index   this happens..... note that the help win are half way out of the viewport, but I can't drag it back in, since it is non responsive.....

my company now whitelisted *.smartbear.com so it should work again

Let us know if it works or not. If it doesn't I suggest opening a ticket with SB Support at https://support.smartbear.com/product-list/

 

I don't think that all of the SB downloads come from .smartbear.com which was problematic for me and why I had to work directly with SB Support.

      I just checked 'check for updates' since we are talking about this, and mine is not working anymore. This is ridiculous. Why can't SB use 1 URL and not change it? I have to go open another ticket now.
