cannot create description.tcLog file

hello,

I am using TC and Jenkins in conjunction.

After upgrading the version to 15.66 and 15.67,

Sometimes, i cannot view the results because the Description.tcLog file is not created.

There are log images in the folder except the Description.tcLog file.

please help
