Cannot create a JIRA bug

Make sure you are using TestComplete 8.10 (JIRA 4.1 is incompatible with TestComplete 8.0). If the version is 8.10, please provide us with the steps you used when trying to add a bug to the JIRA database. Also, post the screenshot of the first page of the  Add Bug Info to JIRA Database dialog. Then, we will try to reproduce the behavior on our side.

Can i do this procedure for Atlassian JIRA

To the moment, we have not tested JIRA 4.2 with TestComplete 8.10. We are going to do this and will tell you our results.

I´ve following version of Testcomplete 8.10.487.7

And I get the same bug again.

Progress of the first step is(http://server/jira):

Authorizing...

Authorization completed.

Getting bug priorities for a project...

Getting assignees for a project...



-> But in step2 I cannot choose a assignee. If I create a bug in Jira, I can choose one of two people.



If I delete "jira" in the server adress(http://server/), following error will shown:



Connecting to the server...

Unable to load WSDL File/Location:

...

Posssible reason: RPC plugin is not enabled on your JIRA installation.



-> So I think that the server adress with "jira" at the end is right, but I cannot create a bug.

Please check whether the issue persists if you try to post a bug from TestComplete to JIRA as an administrator.





If there are no problems in this case, please send us a screenshot of the problematic user properties (log in to the database as an administrator, click Administration | User Browser, and select the needed user).

If I get admin-rights I can create a bug ;)

Can you tell me the rights, the users need to create a bug in jira?
