Cannot create a JIRA bug

Hi Allen, it´s not a problem. As administrator I can create bugs. For future I want only know, which rights a user need in Jira to create a bug via TestComplete in jira.

I run into the same issue as above.  The "Assiged To:" field is disabled. When i send I get the following error:



Creating a defect report...

 {assignee=User 'Unknown' cannot be assigned issues.} : []



here is the JIRA user that I am trying to use to add the bug in TestComplete.

Please check whether the issue persists if you try to post a bug from TestComplete to JIRA as an administrator.

This is my user info.  I am not able to post defect from TestComplete to Jira using this account.

Hi everybody!



I download a trial version of testcomplete (8.50.618.7) to test it and check if worth change to it, because the company where i work have the version 7. When i saw the integration between testcomplete and Jira, i instantly show it to my manager. But, unfortunately, i discovered that function doesn't worked. So i found this topic and confirmed the problem. Any prevision of when this will be resolved?
