Can TestExecute Run Individual Keyword tests within a project?

Still feeling out TestComplete and TestExecute.  I have a project folder with multiple keyword tests that go through functions within our app.  I am able to run all the keyword tests individually and ...

I was able to figure it out.  I edited the Test Items for the project  in TC and was able to select/de-select the keyword tests that I wish to run  within the project folder.  TE ran (well tried to run) the keyword test(s) that I had selected.
