Can TestCompete spy objects remotely?
I have two stations. One(#1) has test complete installed. Another one (#2) has some other applications and it's windows XP based machine. What I try to do is to run TestComplete from station#1 and remotely activate the applications in station #2. Station #1 and #2 communicate through VNC. But I found when I try to spy objects in station #2, it only can capture the VNC window, it can't spy objects in station #2, which means I can't start the applications.
Did I do something wrong or there is another way to do it?

TestComplete can spy into only locally running applications.
It can control application running remotely but only via coordinate-based mouse clicks on the VNC window (using some image search/recognition). Obviously, such tests are extremely fragile and unreliable.
