Calculating three values and verifying them

Hi, I test a WPF application. I add three values to my applications and application calculate a result of all three (result = 1sr - 2nd + 3rd). My question is how to verify that result...

I'll think about selection of items later, for now I enter manually 3 items, in a record mode. Need to start from somewhere :)
