BrowserWindow is available but Page is not

as rraghvani suggested i installed TC v15.55.53.7? and everything seemed to be working for most of the day yesterday. i ran each one of my browser based test cases individually and was able to finally achieve successful runs on all of them 

 

then i try to run the entire project from start to finish and from the very first one it starts up with the same error as before 

 

 

I tried installing and even older version of test complete (Version: 15.53.2.7 x64) but i'm getting the same thing.
