Browser Loop with Firefox and Chrome

Question

Im trying to loop my installed Browser it works for the iExplorer and for Edge but not for Firefox and Chrome.TestComplete starts Firefox and Chrome but without a URL and than it waits for the page till its failed. I tryed to downgrade Firefox and I tryed to install the 61v patch from smartbear but nothing works.Even if I start Firefox with "run browser" + "URL" does not work. Also I tryed to "installed" the geckodriver for Firefox but does not work.

What version of Test Complete?

Sounds like you don't have your browsers configured correctly so the plugin is not loading.

Yes, I would not expect it to be a problem. Exactly like you.

&gt;&nbsp;Also I have the Chrome 68 Patch from smartbear installed.
And having this patch installed and plug-in enabled in Chrome (and re-installed from the mentioned Google webstore link, just in case) you are still experiencing the problem with plugin crashing in Chrome, right?
If this the case and you already rebooted your machine but the issue still exists, then I don't have better ideas at the moment except those two:
a) Try TC 12.60 Beta (https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-General-Discussions/TestComplete-Beta-Program-Try-AI-Driven-Visual-Testing/td-p/168632); or
b) Contact Support directly via the&nbsp;https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form.
