What version of Test Complete?
Sounds like you don't have your browsers configured correctly so the plugin is not loading.
Have you go through all of the steps mentioned here: https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/web/general/preparing-browsers/index.html
Hey and thank you.
I double checked the settings on Firefox and now it works but Chrome doesn't work. After start a TC test in chrome it says me that the TC PlugIn from Chrome crashes.
What should I do?
