Azure DevOps integration without a TFS

HI, my company does not have a TFS setup in Azure, or I do not have access to it, not sure? But I have all of my tests in Visual Studio and test execute on my test machine. Furthermore, I have the "read tests" visual studio task in the pipeline. I am trying to set everything up into the release pipeline, but again I haven't found anything without a TFS
