API error when running through TC integration

I am getting this error shown in the screenshot when running an API suite in TestComplete via the ReadyAPI integration.  I can't find much on this error. All the tests pass and when I run the projec...

It has something to do with this,

It might need to be like e.g. "file:///"

Don't think it's that. I copied the file locally and am still facing the error:
