ADO Pipeline Execution Fail issue after TC\TE upgrade

I have noticed this issue after some past TC\TE upgrades. Once I have completed the TC\TE upgrades and see that TC\TE open up after upgrading I'll then go to test that an ADO pipeline starts up cor...

This is all purely from a new install or an upgrade.

Once you install new or an upgrade.
TC or TE will/may auto start up which is fine.

If I run ADO pipelines, they will not work at this point.

They are calling TC\TE by commandline.

And from a fresh install or update, I need to do the following to get past the Error popups.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestExecute 15\Bin\TestExecute.exe"

"C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestComplete 15\Bin\TestComplete.exe"



This needs to be correctly in the installer/updater.

This is not user related.
