Address for License deactivate confirmation

Dear,

I used Testcomplete in local pc.

And then I did delete Testcoplete because of activating the other pc.

So I deactivated by License manager, step by step.

But I forgot the ADDRESS that can confirmate to deactivate by PC_confirmation.c2v file.

Please let me know the URL.
