Adding Username and Password validation to User Form

Created a simple username and password user form in test complete 10.  I want to add in some basic validation on the username and password fields for login validation.  

I have searched for a jscript sample to start with in Test Complete 10 (Our project is in jscript) but have not had any luck.  

I would also like to store at least the usernames in an internal table within the project and validate against that. 

Any help would be great.
