Those are the individual cloud PCs I was referring to. So, just to confirm: we can have three separate cloud PCs, with three different users each connecting to their own cloud machine and accessing TestComplete, provided all three are connected to the license server?

Cloud PCs are virtual machines/desktops hosted in the cloud, providing users with a full Windows experience accessible from any device, anywhere. I see no reason why it should not work.
