I believe that all preconditions mentioned in the http://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/reference/program-objects/aqenvironment/rebootandcontinue.html#remarks and http://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/testing-with/running/rebooting-computer.html help topics have been met, haven't they?

This issue has been solved.

Must be running TestComplete as Administrator authorization when use this method.

PC can be login automatically.
