Load testing in Soapui pro

Hi,

I am doing Load testing using soapui. Here i need to calculate the Test delay and random in Simple strategy to achieve 40 tps according to my requirement .so how should i calculate the test delay and random values for my load test in Soapui. pls let me know..TIA.
