java.lang.Exception: Failed to load url

Dear All,

I am facing the below exception in the SOAPUI tool as well using java code using the soapui jar - java.lang.Exception: Failed to load URL;

This issue comes only for the Oracle fusion latest releases WSDL URL. All others are working fine. Details exception below.
