WS-Security configurations management

It's not uncommon when managing WS-Security to create multiple WS-Security configurations in a project and tweak them during the tests. It would be very helpful to have a function to duplicate a WS-Security configuration (incoming or outgoing).
Also, it is surprinsingly impossible to rename a WS-Security configuration in the interface. As a result, if the name of the WS-Security configuration is set at the beginning and becomes misleading after modifications on the project, there is no easy way to change it. The only way is to re-create manually the whole configuration with a correct name.
