I'm trying to install our license file to our on premise server. Steps 1 & 2 are fine, but when I attempt to upload, I get a "Sass license cannot be imported" message, then the "license token is outdated" error seen in the screenshot
Any ideas?
Tried upgrading license manager on our server, and now we get "The license cannot be used on this server"
Our previous license has expired, so we purchased a new one, but have no way to activate it on our server and are currently unable to use ReadyAPI at our site at all
Hey jasahl, what was the reason of this? Did you manage to solve it yourself, or you needed assistance from SB support?
