trying to activate licence

6 user licence key, 2 activated without issue however we are now (2 weeks later) unable to activate additional licences.

We've tried everything we can think of.. different systems, different installs (fresh, trial first etc) different locations for the file - but we still get the same error!
Any advice (other than email support as we've tried this and not had a reply back yet).

    Hi,

    Have you tried the "Activate Offline" option available on the previous screen?
    It basically sends us an email with the required information and then you get an activated license back in a return email that you can use.
