SoapUI Pro as Windows RemoteApp

I'm trying to run SoapUI Pro using Windows RemoteApp (think Citrix). The problem is that when a user who is not an administrator on the host machine launches the app it uses the home directory of the user Administrator instead of the current user's home directory. This prevents multiple users from running SoapUI Pro at the same time, and this obviously defeats the purpose.

Is there a way to specify user specific locations for profile/config files when users are not windows administrators? I have a number of security issues that prevent me from solving this issue in other ways (offshore users, limited resources, secure data, etc.).
