get no license pool exists for sales order number issue when add license,

Hi ,   When I tried to add license to SoapUI NG by using sales order number, it got error "no license pool exists for sales order number issue when add license"   So I have to ask if  sales order...

    Finally, the support team sent me license file for activation, Thanks.
