Not able to activate new license.

Not able to post in soapui pro support forum(can't see new topis button there), that's why posting here.

License for 2 of my colleague got expired and now we are trying to upload new license , we aren't getting options window which shows:

Activate Online
Activate Offline
I already have activated license

And on uploading new license only error we get is attached one.

Please help
