LoadUI 2.5.4 Wont load after installation.

So today I've downloaded LoadUI 2.5.4 installed it on win7(PC is clean, formatted it 3 days ago).
When installation was done LoadUI opened ones. after i closed it and try to reopen several hours later the only thing that happened was a little screen opened with some information(like a loading screen) and it got stuck on that.

When i run it through CMD last time it printed out alot of stuff which for some reason i cannot print again.

It looked something like:

However it seems like its not the same issue and did not solve my problem and i did not install JDK.
