LoadUI 2.5.4 Wont load after installation.
So today I've downloaded LoadUI 2.5.4 installed it on win7(PC is clean, formatted it 3 days ago). When installation was done LoadUI opened ones. after i closed it and try to reopen several hours late...

I ran from command line using loadui.bat. The screen shot is attached. The application does not launch and is stuck on the banner screen
