Exception When Testing Web Service with Username Token Profile

Hi,
Can somebody help me? I have created a Stock Quote Web Service using Username Token Profile using Net Beans IDE. Now when i am testing the Web Service in SOAP UI i get the below exception in response. Plase help me out
