I am facing an issue in Ready!API 1.4.0 to store properties and configurations defined in both Datasink and Datasource Test Step. Even I tried to save the SoapUI project all properties are gone when I re-open the Test Step.
Are there anyone out there experiencing the same issue?
Looks like some of the issues around there being addressed in the nightly build from the other thread. May be you want to try maintenance build to see the issues are working for you?

I have tried the 1.4.0-m-SNAPSHOT. It managed to solve the issues with Configuration in DataSource test step but the Properties in the Datasink test step are still gone after closing the Tab :-(

Have upgraded to 1.4.1. The issue with storing Properties in Datasink Test Step still persists after the tab is closed.
However, the issues with Configuration in DataSource and DataSink Test Steps (Excel file, worksheet, etc...) have gone :-)

Not the same issue. Please find the attached screenshot. The properties marked red are gone if I close the Tab and open it again.
