Cant install loadui on the server

Whenever I have installed load ui before it has been on my own laptop but I've always had to go outside of the company network in order that the java webstart part installs ok. Even when I bypass the proxy etc etc, I always have to install from somewhere outside the network. Only then will it work ok. However, my laptop is limited and I really want loadui installed on the company server to provide the necessary load. But I obviously can't take the server out of the network.

I've seen help on troubleshooting pages for installing when you don't have internet connection, but that was never my problem, my problem was some sort of restriction on the network which didn't exist outside of it. So now whenever I try to install on the server I get the following error..

error encountered invoking java webstart

I've tried all of the cache clearing and reinstalling ideas posted on the forums.....just cant get it to install.

So could someone help with this....or failing that....more detailed help on installing without the internet. (I've already tried installing java 1.3.1 SKD separately and then installing loadui....still won't install
