Hi Kary,
No, we don't have a function to allow you to log other users out.
The license/log in logic works like this:
I'm not sure about the 30 minute / 30 hour question - I'd need to know exactly where you are setting that value. If a user sits on a screen past the normal time out, I believe when they try to take any action it then returns to the login page.
The "Logged On?" column should be pretty accurate as long as the user is logging out. If they just close the browser we don't know about it, but then they would be treated as inactive for two hours when someone else logs in.

- When a user logs in, it checks the number of licenses in use.
- If one is available - great, the user is allows in
- If the max has been reached:
- First it checks the users that are logged in for activity.
- If anyone has been inactive for two hours, they are automatically logged out and the user is allowed in.
- If everybody is busy then the user cannot log in.
