No network activity detected message in the error screen while running the load test

After running the scenario Info,  we received these errors below even after we upgraded our server hardware. I would like to know where these errors are coming from. The error message is "No network ...

    This case will require more research. Can you please create the case in the LoadNinja queue and provide us with the load test ID(URL)? We would like to check more details about the possible cause of this issue.
