Backup progress keep loading and unable to cancel the process

We previously encountered a similar issue a few months ago, which was reported and resolved. However, we recently attempted to generate a new backup, and the problem has resurfaced. I have searched for solutions but haven’t found any relevant information. I also understand that there is currently no specific API to revert or cancel the backup process once it starts. Has anyone else experienced this recently or found a workaround to resolve it?
