Backup progress keep loading and unable to cancel the process

Is there a way to revert or cancel the backup process? Recently I tried to generate new backup for my Cucumber Studio project however it keep loading until now and not resolved. Hence I could not download the latest backup for my project.

I have tried to find multiple references on how to do it but could not find any information. I also understand that currently there is no specific API to revert or cancel the backup progress.

Anyone ever got the same issue and know how to solve it?
