unable to start collaborator services, after upgrading to 10.x.

Hi All,

I have updated Collaborator  from 8.x to 10.x, installed the latest version of java and also set variable path. Now I am unable to start the services, even if start it automatically stop in 10 seconds. collab log file is not being updated, Can anyone please help me in this, Thanks
