LDAP Login issue

Hello,



We are facing login issue in our code collaborator site for using LDAP authentication.



Error " Caused by: javax.naming.CommunicationException: DOMAIN.COM:389

[Root exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out]"





Description:



Whenever our server restarted code collaborator authentication failed. We need

to restart collab-server service. It will automatically start connected but it

took almost 30minutes for working properly.


Anyone have any idea related to this issue.
