Traceability report - do not show the Jira issue if linked to a test cycle

We work with Jira and Zephyer.

We link a Test Cycle to a Jira issue, then when create a Traceability Report by the Zephyer, (by Folder or Release version) it does not show the issue.

If link direct to Test Cases, it is.

At Zephyer, Test Cycle has the issue at the traceability tab.

What we should do to have it in the Traceability Report ?

    Unfortunately the Traceability reports only report between Test Cases and Issues.  But, the Traceability Tree report does have a Beta option to report by Epic using Jira Filters and that might work for you:

    Thank you for your answer,

    but unfortunately, I do not think this Beta option will fulfil my needs. 

    As long as link between issue (we use mostly story and bugs) to Test Cycle is available, there should be an option it to be seen at the Traceability Report!

      I agree.  You can vote or post an idea to the roadmap portal for Scale here: Roadmap
