How do I export test run results, or report, to include attachments - Zephyr Scale (cloud)?

I'm looking for a way to export files attached to a executed test case.  This has been raised in the past, but I haven't been able to find a recent answer.

We recently migrated from testlink to Zephyr, our customers always received the report with attachments inserted during execution. When migrating to Zephyr we were unable to find any way to perform this extraction, is there any workaround so that I can generate this report without rework?

Even if it's another tool that takes Zephyr executions and attaches the evidence

    It doesn't look like this is possible.  Maybe if you're on the datacentre/server version you could get from the database but there doesn't seem to be a feature or API option to retrieve attachments.

    I would put your use case to SmartBear Support and see if they can help.

    Unfortunately, I do not believe there is a way to do this ; in my experience with Zephyr Scale, it has a very shallow feature set and limited API support, as well as limited engagement with customers or ongoing feature development.
